01 — The agreement
About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and the operator of FX PIP Collector when you create an account, buy a membership or use member-only content. Please read them together with the Risk Disclaimer and, once published, the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The membership is sold for your personal, non-commercial use. By completing checkout, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms.
If a mandatory consumer law gives you rights that these terms do not mention, those rights still apply.
02 — Your membership
What the membership includes
The membership currently includes access to the structured trading course, the member Welcome hub, live market sessions scheduled Tuesday to Friday, member-only market analysis and videos, educational resources, and the private member community on Discord.
Schedules, individual lessons, presenters, platforms and supporting materials may change as the service develops. We may make reasonable changes where they improve, update or protect the service. We will not deliberately remove the core paid service during a paid period without offering an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Membership does not include personal financial advice, managed trading, brokerage services, guaranteed signals, guaranteed profits, or the merchandise sold by the separate Spreadshop store.
Account access
One account, one member
Your account and private Discord access are personal to you. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you believe anyone else has used your account. You must not share login details, private invite links or member-only material. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
03 — Price and renewal
$24 USD every 30 days
This is a recurring subscription. The first payment is $24 USD and, unless you cancel, a further $24 USD is charged every 30 days using the payment method authorised at checkout.
The final amount, currency, payment method and billing terms are shown again at checkout. Payment is currently handled by PayPal and may also be subject to PayPal's terms. Any currency conversion or bank charge applied by your payment provider is outside our control.
Membership access normally begins after successful payment. If a payment fails, is reversed or remains overdue, access may be paused while the issue is resolved. We will not change the recurring price without giving reasonable advance notice; a new price will apply only to future billing periods and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Immediate access and cooling-off rights
Your statutory rights are not removed
If you are a consumer in Portugal or elsewhere in the European Union, you will normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because the membership provides services and digital content straight away, checkout must ask you separately to request immediate access and, where the law requires it, to acknowledge how starting supply affects that withdrawal right.
For digital content, the cancellation right may end once supply begins only if you gave the required express consent and acknowledgement. For services started during the cancellation period at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be limited.
To exercise a valid right of withdrawal, email a clear statement to support@fxpipcollector.com before the deadline. You may use this wording: “I give notice that I withdraw from my FX PIP Collector membership contract, ordered on [date], in the name of [your name], using account email [your email].” Add the date you send the notice. If a refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after valid notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
04 — Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time
You may cancel the recurring membership at any time through your account or PayPal, or by emailing support@fxpipcollector.com. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unless a refund or earlier termination is required by law, access continues until the end of the paid 30-day period.
Where no statutory refund right applies, fees for a billing period that has already started are normally non-refundable after access has been supplied. We will still provide any refund or other remedy required by law, including where a charge is duplicated or unauthorised, or the paid service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Service availability
Online services sometimes change
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise uninterrupted access because maintenance, internet failures, market conditions, illness, platform outages or events outside reasonable control may affect a live session or resource. Where practical, we may reschedule a session or provide a recording or replacement resource.
Parts of the membership rely on third-party services including PayPal, Discord, Google Drive and YouTube. Their own terms and availability also apply. This does not reduce any responsibility we cannot exclude by law.
05 — Member conduct
Protect the community
You must not harass or threaten others; post unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing material; spam or solicit members; impersonate another person; attempt to bypass access controls; misuse the service; share private Discord invitations; or interfere with the website, course or community.
We may remove content, restrict access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect members, the service or the law. For a serious or repeated breach, fraud, chargeback abuse or non-payment, we may terminate access. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a minor breach.
Course ownership
Personal learning licence
All course videos, live-session recordings, charts, commentary, downloads, branding and other member material remain owned by FX PIP Collector or its licensors. Your active membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and use that material for your own learning.
You must not copy, record, republish, sell, licence, scrape, distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit member content unless we give you written permission or the law expressly allows it.
06 — Trading risk
Education, not financial advice
FX PIP Collector provides general education and commentary. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, legal or tax advice; manage money; act as your broker or fiduciary; or decide whether any trade is suitable for you. Examples, live analysis and trade ideas are not personal recommendations or guarantees.
Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged markets involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you trade, and losses can exceed deposits in some circumstances. Past or hypothetical performance does not predict future results. You remain responsible for your own decisions, broker, position size and risk controls. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose and seek advice from an appropriately authorised professional if needed.

07 — Responsibility and liability
Fair limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, your statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by information or instructions you provided, or business losses where you bought the membership as a consumer.
Because the service is educational and you make every trading decision yourself, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker action or market movements merely because you viewed or used educational material. This paragraph does not override liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
How personal information is used
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy must be published before the redesigned membership flow goes live. Payment providers and community platforms process some information under their own privacy notices.
Changes to these terms
We will explain material changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, security or payment arrangements. If a change materially affects an active membership, we will give reasonable notice before it applies. You may cancel before the next renewal if you do not agree. Changes do not remove rights or remedies that already arose.
